So in 2022, we made that a reality. We brought the quality HPC experience to the east side. In the heart of Kailua Town, we found a home in the Davis Building — right between Easy Que and The Bike Shop — and opened Hikina Piercing Co. Hikina runs on the exact same foundation as HPC. Every piercer holds active APP membership — the Association of Professional Piercers' full standard, not just partial compliance. Every piercing starts with a one-on-one anatomy consultation. Every piece of jewelry going in is implant-grade or solid gold. The follow-up appointments are complimentary. Nothing about the approach changed when we crossed the Ko'olau.
